Program for Seniors

A FREE program, specially designed for seniors, runs from Tuesday to Friday. It includes body alignment classes, line dancing, and chair yoga.

This initiative by DansEncorps, in collaboration with the City of Moncton, aims to promote physical activity and social engagement among seniors in the community.
